Our active project, Cabot Industrial Park, is zoned Industrial and lies within the City of Desert Hot Springs Industrial Cannabis Overlay zone. The park will have four single story cannabis buildings for sale of 11,520 square feet each and a guarded entry with 24 hour community security. There will be 62 parking spaces, 12′ roll-up doors with easy truck access, 1200 AMP 480V 3-phase electrical service panels, and over 16′ ceilings to interior beam. Every aspect of the project has been professionally architected and engineered to meet the needs and provide the most requested features of the Coachella Valley cannabis industry.
